Finally a home i can really call home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately!!! well as you all know my children's father and I are no longer together anymore. It has been almost a year and a half since we split up. I am so happy now. Ya for me right??? Well my kids are doing good. my oldest daughter decided she wants to live with me and her father so we have split visitation. Me'ana is 5 now. Channing is 10 months old. Me'ana can spell her name and count to 100. We will be starting home school soon. Channing can sit up on his own, crawl and pull up and stand too. I am so happy for my kids. Well onto why I am so happy. I met the best man ever. He loves me and my children. He is the nicest man ever. He treats my children and I so good. I have moved and now I will be posting daily. I am so glad my family problems are finally straightened out. To all of the women out there that are goin thru or are in an abusive relationship. Please dont stay.I did. I put up with being abused mentally and physically for 7 years. I thought I loved that man. I stayed for my kids. That was the worst 7 years of my life. So please if you need someone to talk to email me brea2007@yahoo.com ... no one needs to go thru that. I stayed because i was over weight and insecure because of my children's father calling me names, and abusing me. I also stayed because I didn't want my children to not have a father. I was also afraid to leave. I didn't think i was strong enough to leave, but i got fed up with it.  since the last year and a half I have lost alot of weight. I use to wear a size 22 now I wear a 13. I feel good about myself and I am truly happy. I have finally met mr. right. He is the best man. He treats me so good. I want to thank all of you out there for taking the time to read this post. yes my children's father was abusive to me, but he is a good father to my daughter Brea and she loves him so that's why i let her stay with him half of the week. I am looking forward to all of your comments.

WHERE HAVE I BEEN?

Well I haven't been blogging in the last much as you all are use to. I am sorry I haven't made that many posts. My childrens father moved out awhile back and I have been cleaning house and getting rid of stuff. He finally got a place of his own. My childrens father and I have been separated for a lil over a year. I have finally gotten my house back to normal. my children use ot not listen to well. now they listen to me really good. I took time off from blogging to spend time with my children. They are my world. I love my children so much. brea had a birthday in may and shes now 6 and me'ana had a birthday in june and shes now 5. channing is 8 months old. he can sit up on his own and he can stand up and hold on to the couch. I think he may skip crawling. channing uses a sippy cup now. he only uses a bottle for his milk. I am so proud of him. My girls have been keepin there rooms cleaned on there own. I am so proud of my girls too. hope you all are having an awesome summer. I am going to be getting our pool ready soon for my children and I to enjoy. hope you all have a good day and night.

It started with a dream...no,literally it did!

Gia Garcia decided at an early age that she wanted to follow in her father's culinary footsteps. Her dream ever since she was a little girl on the Island of Trinidad & Tobago was to own a Café. A Café where people could not only relax but one that would also play host to a number of her dad's secret recipes and Island cuisine from her home land of Trinidad & Tobago.

The "Dream"

One morning while Gia was asleep she had a dream. In the dream she heard the voice of her dad calling out to her saying "Get up and do something" while the faint voices of children singing "Willow & Olivia" over and over echoed in the background. Willow & Olivia were Gia's childhood creative fairies.

Gia woke up and headed to her computer, where in less than five minutes the Willow & Olivia logo was created. With the addition of "A little Magic in every bite" it was now complete and Gia knew what she had to do.

Gia took the last $60.00 she had to her name and she dusted off her dad's old recipe book which she inherited and got to work in her kitchen. A few hours later the most delicious, decadent, amazing cake ball treats were created. Gia sent these unique desserts to her family and friends to sample and critique, soon after orders started coming in and everyone was talking about Willow & Olivia Cake Balls.

Today, Gia can still be found in the Willow & Olivia kitchen experimenting with new flavors and mastering her most popular line of "Adult flavors" which included flavors such as; Hennessy Bomb, Irish Ladies and Trinidad- The Rum Ball to name a few.

Willow & Olivia Creations has been featured in several publications as well as getting its starting push by being featured on NY's Z100 nationally syndicated radio show "The Elvis Duran and the Morning show."

my girls and i love cake pops, cake balls , and cake in general. I was so excited to be able to review some awesome products from willow and olivia. My girls were so excited when they seen the products from willow and olivia. They looked way to pretty to eat. I was so excited to try there cake balls and brownies. My girls and I loved the brownies and the cake balls. They where all so good that I wanted to hide them and not share them. My daughter meme has finally gotten to love drawing and coloring. she would do it all the time if she could. I was so suprised at how much stuff was in the artist kit. My daughter has had so much fun using the artist set from begin again toys. i love that the set has so many items, crayons, pencils, paper, and so much more. My daughter loves to take her artist set everywhere with her. THE SEEDLINGS MY GIRLS AND I STARTED ABOUT A WEEK AGO.

My girls and I had decided that we wanted to plant a garden this year. I was so amazed when i came across the rare seeds website that I had to email about doing a review. They have so many awesome seeds. I was so amazed at how many they had. There was alot of seeds I had never even heard of. I had already bought vegtable seeds, so I chose to review fruits and berries. My whole family loves berries and fruits so much too. My girls always want to run outside and see how much the seedlings have grown. I was so amazed at how fast the seedlings have came up. We have been making a garden to transfer the plants after they get alittle bit bigger. My whole family is so excited about all the new berries and fruits we are going to get to try. make sure to head over to rare seeds and check out all of there seeds they carry. When I started teaching fitness in San Francisco, my life was out of balance. My weight was up, my spirits were down, and as a result, everything else—career, relationships, life—was flat lining. Getting fit got me in touch with my body and taught me how balance impacts performance & health. 82 pounds lighter and healthier, I moved to New York City in 1997 to continue my career helping others. Working as a group fitness instructor and former program director in the city's top gyms was the perfect challenge. (That's a lot of body types, people!)
Over 20 years of first-hand experience has taught me that a balanced diet is key to keeping fit and keeping up with a physically demanding schedule. I also know that people value taste as much as health. But, finding that balance isn't easy. So, in 1999, I created the Protein Bakery to do just that--feature the many health benefits of protein in rich gourmet taste. The result? The best cookies, brownies, and blondies on the planet.

my family loves sweets so much. That is why it is important for me to find healthy baked goods for my family. When the protien bakery items came in my daughter me'ana was home with me and her baby brother. When she saw what was in the box she begged me to have just one taste as she calls it. lol. well i opened one package and let her try it. she then began to say mommy can i have the rest of the cookie you opened. I laughed and said what happened to one taste? she says aww mommy there so good, I just lub (love) em. i told her that she could go ahead and finish that pack. she was so happy. When her daddy and sister got home she ran outside to say mommy has the most yummiest stuff and its sweet too. They both ran to see what I had. Then chris said this and this and this and well basically he was taking dibs on the whole box. Then he said nevermind when he saw it said protein bakery. Then I gave brea a pack of cookies andher dad said you wont like it. They usually love the same things. Then after she took one bite she said there so yummy. So then he knew tht he would like em as well. So then he said ok let me try yours brea. she said noway get your own. so he did. so do you think he liked the protein bakery products? no he didnt like them, he loved them so much that he then took the whole box. he did share them with me. I liked all of the products i tried from the protein bakery.

 Open cube boxes are so cute. I loved that we got to review one for each of our girls. Brea and Me'ana have alot of really cute headbands with bows that I made for them. The headbands was taking up alot of space on there dressers. I was so excited I couldnt wait for the open cubes to get here. I was even more excited that the cubes would have my daughters letters of there first names on them. When the boxes got here I called both of my girls to come see. i had already tooken them out of the packaging and had asked them which one was there and they knew right away. I love that you have the option to add the letter to the cubes. That way when its time to do hair there is no confusion of whose cube is whose. My girls love there cubes so much. My girls couldn't wait for there daddy to get home and tell him to wait right there they had to show him something they had gotten that was so awesome. When he saw the cubes he said wow they look even more awesome here than pictured on the site. my girls even had to show there grandparents that came to visit for easter from michigan. They told her that they wated more awesome stuff from Tatutina's online store. When she asked why? Brea had said because they have beautiful stuff to make my room look nice. Me'ana answered and said because They have very pretty stuff that I love oh so much.                           My review.
I wasso excited to actually review some super cute sun protective clothing for me'ana. Me'ana is my only child that gets burned from the sun. My oldest daughter just gets tan. Yes I know that she too need a sun protective suit as well. Me'ana and I had been talking about planting a garden this year. I knew that we would be out in the sun that day for a longtime. I was super excited when the sun protective clothing got here. It came so fast too. I think it was like maybe 4 or 5 days after I told them the size that I got teh package. When I showed me'ana she said yay mommy my favorite color. My daughter me'ana is like me she is extremly easy to please. After looking at the sun protection suit she says mommy its got long sleeves and its too hot to wear this. So I explained to her what the sun protection suit is for. Now she wants to wear the suit every time we go outside to water the garden or really anytime we go out in the sun. I love the color, and that it had a hood, and really protected my daughters delicate skin.                         MY REVIEW.
I was excited to receive my personalized Family Manifesto from Life Manifestos. I thought it was really cool. i just wish it had been sealed with plastic or something. i wanted to hang it on our front door but was afraid it would get wet and all messed up. i thought the wall art was really neat. i love that is has our last name on it as well as all the awesome words. i have been asked several time to read it by my girls. almost everytime we have to go somewhere or when we get back home. i have it hanging in the wall by the front door. i am still looking for a frame to put it in. yes i do really like my art from wall manifestos
