I was so excited to do this review. I relized after i had my son that i wanted to lose some weight and that i was way over weight while pregnant I weighed 325. after I gave birth to my son i weighed 300 pounds. wow that is alot right? well anyways I had started doing a diet of eatting less foods and healthy foods as well. I had done this before i started taking the african mango 1200. I had stopped loosing weight when i got to 187. so then i decided it was time to find something to help me lose more weight and not feel like I was starving myself. I started taking the african mango 1200 and lots of water. I felt fuller and not like i was starving myself. I began loosing weight within a week of taking the african mango 1200. I am just about thru with my 3 month supply. Today i weigh 270. Thats awesome I think. I feel alot better about myself. below you will see my before and after pictures of my face. you can see how much i have lost in my face as well.i still dont feel comfortable enough to show off my body.
