That i dont have to use meds to help pain...those look cool...I'd like to buy one!
I learned that applying heat too soon to an injury can actually cause more damage to the area. I also like that the TheraPearl packs hold the heat or cold for approximately 20 minutes which is what is recommended.
I love that she uses ice packs to help with the pain... That's how I do here at home! :)
