We use ingredients that are simple
and certified organic to bake better bread. We never use GMOs, high fructose
corn syrup, chemical preservatives, or artificial ingredients. Bread should have
ingredients you can pronounce!

Overview
The
quest to fill a niche for great homemade-tasting bread began over 35 years ago
in 1976 when we began selling breads, cookies, donuts and other baked goods out
of a tiny shop in Boulder, Colorado.
In 1991, our bakery began using organic ingredients and by 1998, we decided to participate in the national organic certification program — long before the official national organic standards were fi...nalized. Currently, all of our breads carry the USDA Certified Organic seal because they contain between 95% to 100% organic ingredients.
Today, we create our baked goods in a state-of-the-art bakery in Boulder, Colorado. We are proud that we have adhered to our mission to produce high-quality, great-tasting certified organic products using century old techniques along with modern baking methods which enhance the quality of our products.

MY REVIEW.
My whole family really enjoys rudi's breads. They taste so yummy. We recieve there multigrbread and there cinnamon raisin bread to review. My family couldnt wait to have some of rudi's yummy breads. For breakfast i toasted the cinnamon raisin bread and topped it with a little butter. I served it with some turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. My whole family enjoyed the breakfast so much. I made some multigrain bread into some awesome club sandwichs for lunch. We all enjoyed the sandwiched as well. With rudi's bakery items you can never go wrong. There products are so yummy and good for you.

My daughter is gluten intolerant so we are always looking for better tasting bread. Rudi's is one so far that has the best texture and taste. So many of the gluten free breads are hard as a rock and have a terrible mouthfeel. DD1 is so patient and happy though to have any kind of bread now that she can't have wheat.
