ABOUT DINKY BABY DOLLS

Many years ago when I was a young mother of five children,
four boys and one little girl, I was searching for the perfect cloth doll to
make for my only daughter. When I could not find that cloth doll pattern, I
decided to design my own.
One night as I was bathing my children, I realized my doll
pattern was right in front of me. I just needed to duplicate my children. After
many hours, days, dozens of sketches and discarded cloth doll body parts, my
perfect doll was starting to emerge. Dinky Baby was born oh so many years ago in
1978.
Dinky Babies are my own original cloth doll pattern design.
I spent many long hours and late nights perfecting my first doll pattern
designs. With the inspiration from my own children my first Dinky Baby was born.
It is my desire to design easy to make cloth doll patterns
to meet my standards and yours. I sincerely hope that you have as much fun
making your Dinky Baby as I have had in its design.
You can make your own Dinky Baby with one of the many
patterns I offer and create a memory. You will never be bored with so many
patterns to choose from and new ones always being offered. My cloth doll
patterns are easy to make and once you master one, you can make any Dinky Baby
pattern I offer.
If you choose not to make a Dinky Baby, I would be happy to
custom make one just for you. Choose any of the cloth doll designs I offer and
you will be able to have a one of a kind Dinky Baby custom made just for you.
Dinky Babies make the perfect gift for an expectant friend,
or a new mother. Best of all, give a Dinky Baby to a special little girl and
create a memory she will keep a lifetime.

my daughter me'ana loves baby dolls so much. since i have had my son she has tried to pick him up all on her own. i was so scared that she would try it again. so i thought about making her a baby of her own. i was so excited to review a dinky baby kit. i thought that it would be so hard to make the doll. when i recieved the kit i looked over the instructions. the kit had everything i needed. i only had to add the stuff ingand the thread. the doll was so easy to make. me'ana was so happy when i gave her the baby. she loves her new baby that i made her. head over to dinky baby and check out all of her dolls and kits.

Dinky Babys are so much fun to make. I have to hide when I make mine because my grandson and granddaughter have to have one of each. Sue from Pittsburgh
