Tea Tree Oil has been referred to as "the wonder from Down Under." It comes from the melaleuca tree, which is native to Australia and has long been used by the aborigines. Melaleuca grows in swampy or wet areas. More than 300 varieties exist, but only one is prized for its world-renowned oil.
Legend has it the tree was first introduced to Europeans by Captain Cook, who, with his sailors, made tea from the leaves while on a voyage to Australia--hence the name tea tree. The oil is extracted from the tree's leaves by a special distillation process. The trees do not need to be harvested in order for their oil to be extracted; in fact, some trees have provided their oil for over 60 years.
T-tree oil is produced from Melaleuca Alternifolia leaves, which is an indidgenous tree of costal Australia, and is known for its many uses in therapeutic and cosmetic fields. Some of tea tree's most unique properties are its excellent dermal penetration, being non-irritating and inflammatory, being environmentally friendly, and having a pleasant aroma. But perhaps the most remarkable property is its capability to eliminate the itching and flaking associated with dandruff. It can also aid in sebum control, dry scalp prevention, as well as assisting in the maintenance of a healthy scalp.

I recieved 3 awesome products to try out on my daughters unruly hair. I recieved extra dry vita grow, shine gel and oil styling lotion. i used all three product for about a month on her hair. my husband even used them as well. i love how these products make my daughter hair oh so soft. these products work wonders on my daughters hair. alot of diffrent products dont work at all on her hair. brea's hair sucks up water and most of the products i have tried. brea's hair ends up being dry feeling and frizzy when she gets home from school. when i use the parevu products she comes home with her hair looking like i had just done it. i will deffinatly keep using these products on brea's hair. my husband said he likes using the products too. head over and purchase some parnevu products for yourself. you too will love them if you have dry hair like my daughter and hubby.
